Centerra is seeking Construction Surveillance Technicians to work at locations in San Antonio, Texas and in Kunai/ Wahiawa, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

•Vetting personnel for access to construction job site.
•Deter the introduction of technical attacks which are defined as the introduction of clandestine electronic devices for the purpose of monitoring/collecting electronic or verbal signals at agency sites.
•Inspecting every aspect of the construction life cycle process through Beneficial Occupancy Date (BOD) to include:
o Site preparation
o Laying of concrete footers and flooring
o Installation of HVAC, electric, sheet metal, etc.
o Document findings and generate, and deliver weekly status reports on construction projects to
include photographs, anomalies, and security standard deviations or suspected irregularities.
o Collect construction samples for testing
•Inspecting both internal and external Protected Distribution Systems (PDS) in Government facilities to include documenting and photographing findings, generating and delivering weekly status reports of anomalies, and security standard deviations or suspected irregularities.

Qualifications

(U//FOUO) Certified physician physical examination at least two (2) weeks prior to hire and every year thereafter.

•Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the construction industry in two (2) or more of the following disciplines (experience can be concurrent):
o Carpentry (rough-in, finish)
o Electricity
o Plumbing
o HVAC
o Sheet Metal
o Welding
o Dry Wall
o Masonry

•Successfully complete a Government approved CST training class prior to CST starting on contract which includes at a minimum the following topics:

•Be a current US citizen.
•Have a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D).
•Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire.
•Be cleared at TS/SCI level clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
