Centerra is seeking a Program Manager to oversee various facilities in Baltimore and Washington DC; Augusta, Georgia; San Antonio, Texas; Kunai/Wahiawa, Hawaii and Bluffdale, Utah.

Responsibilities

Ensure Deputy Program Managers and Supervisors are managing assigned personnel appropriately. Ensure Deputy Program Managers and Supervisors have all Posts/Positions properly manned through implementation of a work schedule that covers the period of time for each Post/position opening and closing. Provide, advise, coordinate and manage all aspects of support and contract duties. Serve customers (external and internal) by focusing on quality as it relates to the customer; anticipating/understanding customer needs and expectations; responding expeditiously to customers’ questions, requests, and concerns; and satisfying customer needs and expectations.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of ten (10) years of supervision experience on programs that employ a minimum of two hundred (200) people. Must also have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the customer service field.

Qualifications

Must be physically able to perform the activities and functions required for the position.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Be 18 years of age by the hiring date.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
