Centerra is seeking Site Supervisors to work in the Baltimore, Maryland, Washington DC, Augusta, Georgia, San Antonio, Texas, Kunai/Wahiawa, Hawaii and Bluffdale, Utah areas.

Responsibilities

Qualified Candidates must have the capability to act and make decisions independently, must be an individual of integrity who displays a mature attitude and exercises good judgment. The Supervisor’s duties include, but are not limited to: Managing assigned personnel assuring that all Post/Positions are properly manned through implementation of a work schedule that covers the period of time for each Post/position opening and closing. Coordinating and ensuring that personnel are on time and if required, ensure that back up personnel are available as needed.
Reports directly to the Program Manager or Deputy/Program Manager.


Qualifications

Each site-supervisor shall have a background with a minimum of two (2) years of successful supervisory experience on programs that employ a minimum of 25 people.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Be physically able, within certain specifications, to perform all duties and functions required for the position.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be 18 years of age by hire date.
