Centerra is seeking a Curriculum Developer to work at our Sandia National Laboratories Contract located in Livermore, California.

Responsibilities

The Curriculum Developer has overall responsibility for the analysis, design, and evaluation phases of the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process. They are also responsible for much of the development phase of this process. The purpose of this job is to identify the duties and tasks required for the various Protective Force (PF) positions, and then to design and produce training which develops and maintains the knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the personnel who perform these jobs.

Qualifications

Experience: Prior work experience with a systematic performance-based training system, such as the Instructional Systems Design model utilized by DOE. Prior experience as a trainer with an emphasis in Department of Energy Protective Force training.
Skills: Strong writing and communications skills. Capability to balance a variety of priorities and tasks. Strong organizational skills. Must be capable of incorporating input and feedback from many sources to develop and maintain effective training products. This position requires good Microsoft Office skills: word processing, email, and spreadsheet use.
Education: College degree preferred or equivalent experience. NNSA/NTC certification (or equivalent) as a job analyst and curriculum developer preferred. Additional and/or specialized education in the performance-based training field.
