Centerra Integrated Services is looking for a first shift and a second shift Fleet Mechanic III for our site in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Examining vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunction, evaluate and repair. Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems. Repair, reline, replace and adjust brakes. Perform inspection or examination to ensure important parts are examined and operationally safe. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups. Performs other related responsibilities and duties as required or assigned. This position is responsible for the safe operation in all aspects of duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
CDL class A w/air brake endorsement required.
Current Pennsylvania Inspection License, Class 7.
Three year's experience.
Must have knowledge of automotive electrical system, engine diagnostics, brake systems, heating and air conditioning ,suspension repair and basic knowledge of drive train repair. Hydraulic repair and diagnoses, air brake theory and repair.
Must be able to read wiring schematics and on-line diagnostic trouble shooting programs.
Must be able to lift 30lbs unassisted.
Must able to work in all types of weather conditions.
Must provide own tools.
Overtime mandatory during inclement weather as the city dictates.
